Our IT Technician was called out to investigate 2 TrackMan units that had gone offline. 🔧💻

🔍 Initial inspection revealed:
⚠️ Heavy rust and cable degradation
⚠️ Outdoor weather exposure affecting connections
⚠️ Overly tight cable installation causing strain and breakages
⚠️ Unnecessary Cat6a cabling installed by previous contractors

After a full assessment, we:
✅ Replaced network cables across all 13 bays with new 5m Cat5e cables
✅ Cleaned all patch ports using isopropyl alcohol and specialist brushes
✅ Re-routed and secured cabling correctly to allow movement and reduce weather-related damage
✅ Restored reliable connectivity across the TrackMan system

Another successful job completed and all bays are back online! 🚀📡
