We’ve tried to keep our Terms and Conditions as clear as possible, and give you all the information we can about your online transactions so that you completely understand the whole process, from order to delivery and beyond. It’s really important to us that your online shopping experience meets expectations, so please take your time to carefully go through the terms and conditions. Our terms and conditions may change from time to time, so do check for updates regularly. Please note that different terms (including prices, charges for services, availability, delivery times and returns policies) apply to purchases made in one of our stores. 

Our contract after you have ordered.

Firstly, if you make any mistake while making your online order, you can correct any input errors right up until you confirm payment. Even after payment has gone through, amendments to your order can be made right up to before your order has been dispatched (prices may change depending on order change). 

Once you’re happy everything is correct and you’ve submitted an order you’ll be given an Order Reference Number and details of the products (and/or services) you have ordered. You’ll then receive an email recognising receipt of your order. If we have to cancel all or part of your order for any reason, we will email you to let you know.


In the unlikely event of publishing wrong information, we may sometimes have to hold our hands up and admit we have made a mistake by unintentionally publishing inaccurate information on the site (e.g. the price, description or availability of a product you have ordered). In this instance we may have to cancel your order at any time up to the point we send you the product(s), even if you have received your Order Confirmation email, and you will receive a full refund of any charges already paid.

Returns, Cancellations & Faulty Goods...

How do I return a product after delivery?  
If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it’s unopened and in its original packaging. This option is available for 21 days after delivery.

Following the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you notify us of your intention to cancel within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. The goods must in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with them. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take good care of them. In the case of a service contract, the cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. 

There are two ways to refund your purchase

  • You can return the product to one of our stores (in Drogheda or Dundalk) with your receipt, bringing the card you paid with, so we can credit it.

  • You can send the product back to us. You must first email us at info@ctibusinesssolutions.com , quoting your order number and informing us of your decision to cancel. We can then make arrangements for the return of the product. 
  • Once we have received the goods back from you in perfect condition, we will give you a refund for the cost of the product and the delivery charge paid. If the goods have not been received back in the condition in which they were delivered we will not be issuing a refund. This is the responsibility of the client to return the goods un-damaged. 

    If you have requested we begin the performance of any service, such as installation of a product, within the 14 day cancellation period we have the right to retain any charge paid for services which have already begun or been completed.

    Refunds take 3-5 working days to be credited to your payment card.

    We cannot refund/cancel your purchase: 

  • If you return your product to a store without proof of purchase

  • If the goods have been miss-treated while in your possession

  • The goods were a special order to your specification

    How do I cancel an order before delivery?

    What happens if my product arrives damaged?

    Although we take every care to ensure your product arrives to you in pristine condition on rare occasions a product may get damaged in transit. If you do receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours by emailing info@ctibusinesssolutions.com and we will arrange a free of charge collection and either a refund or replacement product. 

    We do ask that you:

  • Do not use the product for your own safety 
  • Inform us straight away

    Conditions regarding the purchase second-user products.


    We discuss the condition of all second-user goods and provide images of the goods before delivery. Second-user goods often have small imperfections but are fully functional. If you are purchasing second-user furniture please be sure to ask about the exact condition of the item. 

    Prices & Payment

    All prices are in Euro. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, the delivery charge, plus any additional services you choose e.g. premium delivery or installation. You’ll see all these in your Shopping Basket before you submit an order. Payment is deducted once an order is submitted. You can pay by using the following credit cards:

  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • Visa Debit 
  • We only accept Irish registered cards and don't accept cheques or cash for online orders

    Delivery

    Small product delivery


    We can deliver all products to anywhere in Ireland, both North and South with the exception of island locations.

    We aim to deliver within four working days.


  • Delivery is by courier (DPD for smaller items and reputable national transport companies for bigger items that require a pallet) and we will aim to have your product to you in 4 working days.
  • Delivery is 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, usually from 9am - 6pm.

    Large product delivery i.e. Tables, chairs, bulk furniture items.

    We can deliver all large items to anywhere Ireland, both North and South with the exception of island locations.

    We aim to deliver within four working days.

    We use a Moriarty Transport for all pallet deliveries.


  • Information gathered, such as name, address and phone number will be passed on to Moriarty Transport (or other reputable national couriers depending on location) in order to provide fast and efficient delivery.
  • We cannot give you an exact time on delivery, however, if you contact us on 042-9352785 or e-mail us on info@ctibsuiensssolutions.com we can find out for you.
  • We will deliver to your address of choice and installation is not included unless agreed to prior to the goods being shipped.
  • Delivery is 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), usually from 8am - 6pm.Please email us on info@ctibusinesssolutions.com for further information on your delivery.

    Order online & collect in store

    If you’ve found a product you love online but want to collect from our store, Order & Collect is free of charge. Your item will be available for collection within one hour of reservation and will be held until the end of the following day unless other arrangements are made.


    Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives at your door complete and in pristine condition. If you don’t receive all of your products at once, you can call or e-mail us to get a track on where your items may be.

    In the unlikely event that the product is faulty, please follow the instructions in the delivery documents

If any provision(s) of the terms of use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.


    TERMINATION

    We may terminate the Website with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. In addition, we, in our sole discretion, may terminate your Account for violation of the letter or spirit of these terms and conditions.
